Option One: Rapid Situational AdviceUnlimited access by email, phone, fax, and postal mail for help addressing pressing problems, preparing board presentations, preparing proposals, a sounding board for ideas, putting together a sales strategy, developing value propositions, acquiring a new business, handling objections, managing time, making presentations before groups, and managing talent.
This programme is for 30-day intervals.
Option Two: Customised Structured ProgrammesWe’ll conduct an analysis to obtain an understanding of your objectives and to identify gaps. We’ll then develop a tailored programme to improve your own and your organisation’s sales and marketing effectiveness. We’ll then provide you with weekly coaching sessions by phone, email, face-to-face, or any combination of these means. You’ll have unlimited access by phone and email.
